To assist you in effectively responding and managing complaints, we are offering a complementary training program for Property Managers. Learn the latest professional information on:

- Preventing water intrusion and mold
- Proven response strategies
- Effective communication with Owners/Tenants/Boards
- How to avoid getting ripped off on remediation
- Managing the remediation process
One to two hour program can be scheduled at your location between 8:00 and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. It can even be billed as a “Lunch or Breakfast & Learn” or integrated into a staff meeting. Individual certificates of completion are provided for attendees and we can assist in applying for Continuing Education Credits as needed.
